In order to ensure the needs of each market are accurately met, management develops its residential projects under five individual brands: Gafisa, AlphaVille, Fit Residencial, Bairro Novo and Cipesa, to allow flexibility in tailoring each strategy to its respective segment. Property sales also have the additional support of the Gafisa Vendas, a dedicated sales group subsidiary.
